His career has taken him across the construction ecosystem as a general contractor, trade contractor, dealer, distributor, manufacturer, business owner, and executive.
Over the course of his career, Don has personally sold more than $300 million in contracts and led organizations responsible for work in more than 68,000 new homes. He has helped build and scale multiple construction businesses.
Today, Don is the founder of BuilderBeast Consulting, where he draws on those experiences to help the people and companies that serve residential construction build stronger, more profitable, and more sustainable businesses. His work focuses on sales, builder relationships, profitability, leadership, operations, risk management, and growth—all grounded in lessons learned in the field rather than theory.
